RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

IS YOUR PURCHASE NOT QUITE PERFECT?

No problem! You have two options for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online by mail or in store within 14 days from the day the order was shipped. Contact our customer support team at bonjour@lespoupounesdeluxe.com to request a shipping label for return shipping at no extra cost, or stop by our store at Rockland Shopping Center.

Returned items MUST not be washed, worn, altered, or damaged. All original tags MUST be attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt/invoice. We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items or SALE and CLEARANCE items.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded in original tender and method of payment within 3-5 business days from the receipt of your return package. An e-mail confirming the completion of your return processing will be sent out, and the credit will appear on your statement.

Les Poupounes de Luxe Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy standards.
